In-town moves are by foot or inexpensive taxis. For intercity links, Go Bus and East Delta run Cairo-Dahab and Sharm-Dahab routes; buy online or at stations.
Many nationals can obtain a free Sinai-only permission stamp for up to 14-15 days when arriving directly into South Sinai airports.
