There is no destination-wide marine-park tag comparable to Bonaire's. The important legal distinction is organised versus individual diving. Guided dives through a registered Croatian provider follow the organised-diving framework, while independent recreational diving requires an individual authorisation. Overnight visitors also pay the applicable tourist tax through their accommodation. Protected attractions such as Lokrum have separate visitor tickets, and underwater cultural-goods zones can require special operator permits.
