What It Feels Like
Menorca scuba is classic Western Mediterranean diving: clear blue water, limestone overhangs, caverns, swim-throughs, Posidonia edges, octopus, morays, grouper, barracuda, nudibranchs, and a few deeper technical-feeling objectives. It is not a big-animal destination or a liveaboard route. The best trips use local operators who know how to switch coast, reserve, and depth plans around Tramuntana wind. Certified divers can combine shallow refreshers at Cala Murta, amphora routes at El Jardin de las Anforas, cavern dives at Pont d'en Gil or Cueva de la Luz, north-coast architecture at La Catedral, and the Malakoff wreck at advanced depths.
