About Hanging Rock
Hanging Rock is named for a huge rocky outcrop that overhangs a sandy trench. The underside of the overhang is known as a strong photo subject. Sun corals can be seen beneath the overhang, and the site has many crevasses where small moray eels hide. A variety of tropical fish also inhabit the area.
