Bogø - Fyrs Venner

Bogø – Friends of the Lighthouse Dive deep in idyllic surroundings near a former lighthouse at Storstrømmen. Entry is from the jetty – the water is approx. 1 meter deep. Follow course 270° out and return the same way. Max. depth is approx. 22 meters (38 m further south – requires experience and understanding of currents). There can be strong currents and poor visibility, so a surface buoy is required. The dive site has a rocky and sandy bottom, which becomes muddy with depth. Shallow areas offer varying plant life, rock formations, crabs, snails, flatfish and maybe a trout. An ideal place for underwater photography.
