About Sunset Point Reef

Sunset Point Reef is a beginner-friendly wall and bommie dive near Nananu-i-Ra with a heavily decorated coral wall and small bommies that start at the surface. The route stays readable as it slopes down, so the dive feels more like a guided coral garden than a technical reef puzzle. A short boat ride gets you there, and the site is especially attractive for macro subjects as well as blue-water passes by barracuda, jacks, and wahoo. It is a comfortable, colorful dive that works well for inexperienced divers and for anyone who wants to slow down and look closely.
