About Haapiti

Haapiti is Bora Bora's outer-reef drift dive, where a coral plateau breaks into holes, canyons, and a drop-off in clear outside-lagoon water. The site brings blacktip sharks, Napoleon wrasse, trevallies, and other reef fish into a current-shaped profile that rewards good buoyancy and drift awareness. It is more of an outer-reef ride than a calm lagoon swim, but it still feels open and scenic rather than technical. Divers come here for the combination of coral structure, visibility, and reef life.
