About Cammello
Boat dive from the port of Santa Maria Navarrese on a granite formation shaped like a camel. The site combines pinnacles, canyons, and layered rock with generally clear water and a relaxed pace that suits newer divers on calm days. It is best treated as a scenic topography dive rather than a reef dive, with ledges and cuts that commonly hold groupers, moray eels, octopus, and barracuda.

Scuba Diving
The main route is a scenic boat dive along granite walls, pinnacles, and canyons. On calm days it suits newer certified divers, while the outer edge gives more to experienced divers.
Freediving
Primarily a scuba site. Freediving only makes sense on the shallowest edges and in very calm water.
Snorkeling
Not a primary snorkel site; the main features sit below relaxed snorkel range, so snorkeling is limited to the shallow margins.
