Safety Notes
Keep buoyancy tidy around the arches, caves, and pinnacles, and let the guide downgrade the route if the sea state builds.
Access Restrictions
Boat access from Santa Maria Navarrese is the normal plan; calm-day paddle or pedalò access is a special-case exception, not the standard dive entry.

Local Intel For Isolotti dell'Ogliastra
Community notes to help plan your visit.
Scuba Diving
Best for guided scuba on the rocky pinnacles and canyons, with the deeper named routes suiting divers who are comfortable reading sea state and staying streamlined.
Freediving
Not a freedive-specialist site; breath-hold visits only make sense on very calm days and should stay near the shallow rocks.
Snorkeling
Calm-day snorkeling is realistic and widely marketed here, with clear water and a short boat transfer making it the natural shallow-water use case.
