Casa del Sindaco is a boat-access Portofino MPA dive that starts over a sparse sandy and algal apron before dropping into landslide and rockfall terrain. It rewards calm, settled days and steady buoyancy, because the deeper section holds the richer structure and the main life: large groupers, moray eels, scorpionfish, and a black coral colony.
