Dive Spot Guide•
Bigo
Bigo is a sheltered Portofino boat dive with wall scenery.
It suits divers who want a sheltered Portofino boat site with anchor-drop access, a wall line toward the lighthouse, and a choice of easier or deeper profiles.
About Bigo
Bigo is a sheltered Portofino wall dive on the edge of the marine protected area, reached by anchor drop close to the lighthouse line. The site runs along terraced wall and boulder terrain with a clear choice between an easier profile and a deeper wall line. Good buoyancy and a tidy ascent matter more than speed, because boat traffic and the shape of the wall both shape the dive. Expect gorgonians, nudibranchs, moray and conger eels, groupers, snappers, barracudas, and dense damselfish schools.

Scuba Diving
A wall dive starting from an anchoring point on sand at about 6 m.
Freediving
Not the primary use case. The wall layout and boat procedures make Bigo a scuba-first site; only experienced freedivers should consider it if local rules allow.
Snorkeling
Snorkeling is secondary here. The sheltered bay helps, but the main features follow a wall and anchor line, so scuba is the better fit for most visitors.
