Scoglio Rosso
Scoglio Rosso is Ponza's red-rock offshore wall and pinnacle.
Boat or dinghy access outside Ponza's port with a shallow wall, deeper pinnacle, and rich reef life.
About Scoglio Rosso
Scoglio Rosso is Ponza's red-rock offshore wall and pinnacle just outside the port in front of the Grotte di Pilato. A shallow wall starts at the surface, while the deeper structure drops well beyond the easy profile into advanced territory, so the site can fit relaxed shallow runs and more demanding deeper exploration on the same day. Boat or dinghy access is normal, and the best dives come when the sea is calm enough to keep the route and return straightforward.
