About Ito
Ito is a buoy-marked patch reef off Tateyama on the Boso Peninsula, built around Shark City on the eastern side and a quieter western buoy. The site is known for dense shark, ray, and grouper encounters on a reef-edge layout that is easy to read but not easy to ignore. Plan it as a guided boat dive with line-based entries and exits, a short bottom segment, and enough current awareness to keep the dive comfortable.
