Koino Ura is a shallow Fukutsu beach dive for beginners and macro life.

No on-site dive shop and day-of site selection make independent self-guided diving impractical.
Easy beach entry, but Koino Ura is only practical when a Fukuoka-area operator picks it on a calm day.
About Koino Ura
Koino Ura is a shore dive in Fukutsu on the Genkai Sea, with an easy beach entry and a shallow sand-and-seagrass profile that works well for beginner training and relaxed macro hunting. Operators choose it when the sea is calm enough, and the site is known for summer sea turtle nesting plus winter-to-spring nudibranchs. Plan it as a weather-sensitive nearshore dive where simple logistics and patient small-life searching matter most.
