Batu Layar
Batu Layar ("Sail Rock") is a hard-coral reef dominated by staghorn and large table corals. The reef slopes down to around 18 m before transitioning into a sandy bottom. It is regarded as a top dive in the Perhentian area, with visibility described as consistently good. Divers can expect regular encounters with pelagic and reef life, including sharks and turtles sheltering around the coral formations.
