Lands End is a coastal dive area known for dramatic rock formations and scenic views above and below the water. It lies just offshore and is accessed by boat for diving. There is a large cargo boat wreck, spread in pieces, that changes with each hurricane season. Divers can encounter a range of subtropical marine life, including sea lions, cow-nose, mobula and eagle rays, turtles, and schools of reef fish and billfish.

Safety Notes
Stay aware of passing boats near the point, keep spacing around the wreck pieces and rock walls, and simplify the route if swell wrap or current increases more than expected.
Access Restrictions
Land's End is normally accessed by short guided boat trip from Cabo San Lucas Marina rather than independent shore entry. Operators may swap the site if swell, traffic, or visibility make the point less comfortable.
Legal Notes
Expect normal local boat-traffic and operator-control rules for a heavily visited Cabo coastal dive zone. Follow guide instructions closely around pickup points and marine-life viewing areas.

Freediving
Freedivers can use the site on calmer days, but the steady boat activity and tourism traffic make guided support preferable over improvised entry.
Snorkeling
Some visitors snorkel the Land's End area, but scuba gives the better look at the rock relief, wreck pieces, and marine life holding below the busy surface zone.
