ART Reef by Vhils is a boat-access underwater art reef off Albufeira, set beside the Santa Eulalia reef. Thirteen large pieces create a planned sculpture field over a shallow seabed, so the dive feels more like moving through an outdoor gallery than following a natural reef line. It is a reserved site with guided access and works best for easygoing profiles rather than route-finding. The appeal is the mix of art, marine growth, and a very simple plan from the marina.
