Eastern Lagoon, Lazarus Island is a bay dive built around a submerged concrete breaker, with the most useful water on the east and west sides of the structure. The bay center stays sandy while the water beyond the breaker turns silty, so the site works best as a slow search over sand and hard structure. It is a boat dive rather than a relaxed beach entry, and the bay is busy enough with traffic and litter that cleanup dives are common. Marine life is modest, but nudibranchs and a few reef fish can still show up around the breaker.
