Flooded gravel quarry just south of Bratislava, one of Slovakia's main freshwater training sites. Gentle shore entry with grassy banks and a sandy shallow area used for skills; the main basin drops to around 43 m. Cold year-round (~4–6 °C below the thermocline, 20–24 °C on the surface in peak summer), visibility typically 7-8 m in summer and better in cooler months. Popular for open-water courses, advanced training, bubble checks, and freediving line work. Shore parking on site.
