About Jutten island
Jutten Island lies at the entrance to Saldanha Bay and is a permit-controlled boat dive on the island's eastern side. The site is shallow enough for newer divers in calm conditions, with a sandy bottom, kelp, anemones, sea urchins, rich fish life, and occasional shy sharks. Plan the dive around wind, tide, and launch windows, because the bay entrance can change quickly and the best experience comes with patient timing and a local skipper.
