Outer Photographers Reef
About Outer Photographers Reef
An offshore reef in False Bay, made up of scattered granite outcrops of varying sizes. It sits in the 20–30 m depth range and is one of several smaller reefs along this stretch of coast. The reef top is densely covered in feather stars and grey sea cucumbers. It is too deep for kelp, and while sea squirts are present, they are not the dominant life on the reef.
