Slipway Saldanha Bay is a shallow harbour wreck dive where an old crayfish boat rests beside the Slipways Restaurant jetty and carries a heavy coat of kelp, anemones, and sea urchins. It is a compact shore-entry dive with harbour awareness needed, but the reward is close-up marine life in an easy-to-reach spot. Divers should plan for a straightforward jetty entry, keep clear of harbour activity, and expect a small wreck that rewards slow inspection of its growth-covered surfaces.
