O cabalo, Bueu
A rock that breaks the surface just off the coast of Bueu, with depth that can change significantly with the tides. It’s described as suitable for Open Water divers when the sea is calm and there is no current or significant wave action. The site is mainly rocky, and in summer it develops a large algae forest that declines toward the end of August. Typical sightings include wrasse-like fish and occasional octopus.
