A 330-foot Koni II class frigate intentionally sunk in 1996 to create an artificial reef and dive site. The wreck lies off the northwest side and can also be reached by boat from a neighboring island. The structure attracts abundant marine life around the hull and surrounding reef habitat.

The MV Captain Keith Tibbetts is a wreck dive located off the northwest side of Cayman Brac and accessed by boat. It is a former Soviet frigate that was intentionally sunk in 1996, creating an artificial reef. The wreck sits with the bow around 26 m and the stern around 18 m, allowing divers to explore the ship’s remaining structure and observe marine life commonly found around wrecks.

Two anchors are embedded in the reef, with one visible around 80 ft and a second around 90 ft farther toward East Chute. The reef structure resembles knuckle-like coral formations separated by sandy patches. In the sand, divers may spot stingrays and flounders.

It features a gently sloping mini-wall that begins around 10 m and drops to sandy bottom in the 16–20 m range, with coral patches surrounding the wall.
