Kadavu does not have a Bonaire-style national marine park tag that every diver buys on arrival. The key planning items are Fiji taxes built into services, protected-area or community contributions for specific reef sites such as Naiqoro Passage, resort transfer fees and optional dive insurance. Ask your operator what is included in the package before comparing prices.
