Scuba here is a two-cluster Adriatic experience. From Lumbarda, Diving Center LumbardaBlue offers shore, boat, night and wreck diving around eastern Korcula, while island operators such as Croatia Divers add training and a broad menu of wall, drift, cave and deep sites. Across the channel, Diving Centre Zuljana specializes in a compact field of walls, caverns and protected wrecks. The star is S 57, an advanced, legally protected wartime wreck reached only through an authorized center. Garden off Lumbarda adds a deep gorgonian reef plateau for experienced divers. Beginners still have options, including supervised intro dives and shallower rocky reefs, but the destination's most memorable sites reward advanced certification, stable buoyancy, conservative gas planning and comfort with boat entries. Expect clear water, seasonal thermoclines and site changes when wind builds.
