Season planner for O'ahu, Hawai'i

Diving is viable year-round on O'ahu. South and west coasts are the most reliable from April to October, while winter tradewinds and swells push divers to leeward sites. North Shore shore diving is generally a May-September play. Humpback whales visit November-April. Box jellyfish typically arrive 8-10 days after the full moon on the south shore.
