St Leonards Pier is a sheltered Bellarine shore dive built around a long pier and right-angled breakwater, with the best payoff coming from the growth on the pylons and the slow patrols around the structure. It works as a day or night dive and suits calm, deliberate laps rather than fast coverage. Access is straightforward from shore, but entries from the pier are prohibited and you need to account for boating zones, submerged objects, and changing bay conditions.
