Batok sits behind Sombrero Island and pairs a sloping reef with a wall partway down the profile. The reef is a mix of coral beds and rock formations, and it is usually an easy boat dive when the water is clear. The shallower section is simple to read, while the deeper side adds a bit more structure and keeps the dive interesting. Expect plenty of reef fish, triggerfish, morays, lionfish, and the occasional stingray or octopus.
