About Playa Grandi / Playa Piscado
Playa Piskado, also known as Playa Grandi, is a shore dive and snorkel spot in Westpunt that is famous for close turtle encounters near the fishermen's pier. A gentle sandy slope leads to coral formations and a reef section marked by the Neptune statue, so the site gives you easy terrain rather than a long swim. The beach entry is rocky and the spot can get busy, but it is one of Curaçao's simplest half-day water stops. Reef fish, turtles, and a few macro finds make it worth the drive.

Safety Notes
Watch footing on the rocky beach entry and give the pier and fishing activity plenty of space. Keep buoyancy calm around the turtles and avoid crowding the feeding area.
Access Restrictions
Rocky shore entry and working pier traffic are the main limitations; plan a careful entry and do not block the fishermen's area.
Legal Notes
Do not feed or touch the turtles, and follow local guidance around the fishing pier and beach users.
