Popular wall dive with a marked shore entry
Popular wall dive with a marked shore entry
Søbadet is a classic Lillebælt wall dive with a short walk from parking to the marked entry and a route that drops quickly into layered rock and reef. The dive is popular for good reason: you get strong structure, plenty of marine life, and a clear line for practicing buoyancy as the wall steps down. It is best handled as a controlled shore dive because current can become extreme farther out, so the plan should stay inside the marked area and keep the return conservative.

Safety Notes
Stay inside the yellow buoys and avoid drifting too far into the belt. Mark visibly with an A-flag and keep the turnaround conservative if the current starts to build.
Access Restrictions
Enter within the marked dive area by the yellow buoys and avoid pushing out into the open belt.
Legal Notes
The yellow-buoy marking is the official diving spot boundary on Danish marine charts.
Community notes to help plan your visit.
Scuba Diving
Best for controlled wall diving with buoyancy practice and a tight turnaround inside the marked area.
