About Fort de Brescou
Fort de Brescou is a shallow boat dive around a volcanic islet off Cap d'Agde, where rocky terrain, anemones, and lively reef life make it a good fit for try dives and easy snorkeling. The historic fort and lighthouse give the site a memorable surface marker, while the underwater route stays low and close to the rocks. It is best dived on calm days, especially when northwesterly winds keep the water clearer.
