Île Rousse is a protected islet dive off Bandol with a rocky drop-off, caves, and sheltered pockets reached from the Capelan side. The site mixes rocky relief, gorgonians, and seagrass with plenty of small marine life, including octopus, wrasse, and eels. It is best treated as a calm-day shore dive: wind and current can make it less comfortable, and the overhead caves should only be entered by trained divers.
