About Les Éponges
Les Éponges is a shallow Mediterranean rock dive off Palavas with a plateau, scree, and plenty of small-life detail. It suits relaxed exploratory dives where buoyancy control, slow observation, and a good eye for cephalopods, eels, and nudibranches matter more than depth. The site also rewards patient macro eyes and steady trim over the rock.
