About Barge Wreck & Cathedral

Barge Wreck & Cathedral is a large, broken-up barge wreck scattered across a broad area, giving divers plenty to explore. The site’s appeal is the scale of the wreck pieces and the way they spread out, creating a multi-level dive with points of interest across the site. Expect the main route to follow the scattered wreckage from the shallows out to deeper sections. In spring and autumn, very lucky dives may include sightings of loggerhead sea turtles that nest on Kefalonia’s beaches.
