Raptors Abode is a rain-filled quarry lake outside Chennai with a clear blue freshwater basin, a shallow entry path near the road, and steep drop-offs farther out. It is useful for beginner buoyancy practice and easy open-water sessions, but the quarry bowl gets deep fast and needs conservative planning. The site is more about the freshwater setting than any reef-like structure.
