Long-distance boat access, a gentler circuit around the rock, and a steeper open-water wall make this a two-profile Elba dive.

About Scoglio del Remaiolo

Remote Elba boat dive off the Punta Ripalti side of Costa dei Gabbiani, centered on an outcropping rock with two distinct profiles. One route circles the rock on a gentler line for less demanding dives; the other follows a steep southern wall into open water and rewards careful buoyancy with gorgonians, sponges, and regular fish passes when the sea is settled.
