Secca di Tramontana is a very demanding offshore shoal reached about 2 miles to the northwest. The top of the formation is around 60 m, with the northwest side dropping past 80 m and an outer ledge that can lead down to about 110 m when continuing further. The site features many indentations and ravines that shelter large lobsters, along with dense schools of anthias and clouds of anchovies.
