El Vencedor is the scattered remains of a small tuna boat on open sand in Cabo Pulmo, creating a fish-heavy wreck dive rather than an intact penetration site. Schools of snapper, grunts, jacks, puffers, morays, and grouper crowd the debris, and bull shark encounters are one of the main reasons divers hope to draw this site. Because access is controlled by park capacity rules and current can be noticeable, it is best approached as a guided boat dive for certified divers who are comfortable staying off the structure and following local briefings.
