The Marialva dive site features the wreck of a tugboat located at a depth of 25 meters off the mouth of the Douro River, resting on a sandy bottom. The wreck is significantly damaged and covered in silt, making it a challenging site. Access is exclusively by boat. Occasionally, schools of blue whiting, rays, and small-spotted catshark can also be observed in the area.
