Parcel is an offshore boat dive off Viana do Castelo, about four nautical miles from the bar, where a rocky bank of slabs and blocks is split by passages that open up different routes and profiles. It is usually a good-visibility site with sponges, sea fans, congers, seabream, and other rocky-bank life, and the open-water setting means boat timing matters.
