The SAS Goodhope wreck is located in Smitswinkel Bay and is recognized as the second southern wreck in the area. The main deck of the wreck is situated at a depth of approximately 25 meters, although the structure is unstable and has been gradually collapsing. Divers can expect to reach a maximum depth of 36 meters. Visibility tends to be poor around the 20-meter mark but improves significantly as divers approach the deck of the wreck.
