Advanced Similan boulder reef with current and sharks.
Use a local Similan operator that can time the current and mooring-line descent.
Stonehenge is a boat-only Similan boulder reef off the north-west tip of Koh Miang (Island 4). Massive granite blocks create swim-throughs, canyons, and cavern-like gaps, and a mooring-line descent is usually part of the run. The exposed, current-swept setting makes it a site for experienced divers rather than casual visitors, but clear water, soft corals, and a mix of sharks, rays, barracuda, tuna, and macro life make it rewarding when the boat team times it well.
