Tiboulene du Frioul
Boat dive on Frioul's rocky plateau and drop-off.
Compact Marseille boat dive with a shallow plateau, a drop-off to deeper water, and the best plan on a calm, clear day.
About Tiboulene du Frioul
Tiboulene du Frioul is a boat dive around two small islets northwest of Frioul, where a rocky plateau sits beneath the anchorage before easing into a deeper drop-off. The shallow side holds classic Mediterranean life, while the wall and deeper face add fixed growth and a more dramatic Marseille profile. It suits divers who want a compact plateau-and-wall dive with depth discipline and a clear-water window.

Scuba Diving
A rocky plateau to about 15 m leads to a drop-off down to around 35 m.
Freediving
The shallow plateau exists, but the site fits scuba better; freediving only makes sense for advanced breath-hold divers in very calm conditions.
Snorkeling
The shallow plateau is visible from above, but the main interest sits at dive depth, so snorkel use is limited.
