Halona Blowhole is a hazardous shore-entry lava-rock dive on Oahu's southeast coast where the surf zone, sharp rock, and current make the approach the real challenge. Once you clear the entry, the site turns into a boulder-and-slab reef run with generally good visibility and a modest reef-fish profile, but it only makes sense when swell and tide are favorable.
