A chartered boat and local site brief are the practical access model for this offshore wreck.

Boat-only off Serrambi, Marte is usually planned as an advanced wreck dive with a broad depth range, overhead spaces, and operator-led pickup.

About Rebocador Marte

Rebocador Marte is a purpose-sunk tug off Serrambi, upright on the bottom with three levels, passage space, and enough internal structure to reward disciplined wreck diving rather than a quick swim-by. The wreck has become a strong aggregation point for fish and larger visitors, with public reports repeatedly calling out nurse sharks, rays, turtles, and occasional barracuda around the hull. Although it sits outside Recife's central city wreck cluster, Marte is still run as a Pernambuco offshore boat dive and is generally treated as an advanced profile because of the overall depth span and enclosed spaces. Divers come for the intact tug form, the layered deck layout, and the heavier marine-life traffic that has built up around the wreck since it was sunk as an artificial reef.
