About Abu Dabab II
Abu Dabab II is a boat-accessed Marsa Alam reef in the Abu Dabbab chain, built around a coral garden, canyon-like reef structure, a light-filled cave, and a small wreck between the reef sections. It suits relaxed scuba planning on a calm Red Sea day, with buoyancy control and a steady boat window more important than raw depth.

Community notes to help plan your visit.
Scuba Diving
Short speedboat or zodiac run, shallow reef structure, and a small wreck make this a relaxed boat dive with light overhead interest.
Freediving
Only a conservative look-around fit; the site is primarily a scuba target because the cave and wreck are the main draw.
Snorkeling
Snorkel use is secondary here; the broader Abu Dabbab bay is the stronger shallow-water option if snorkeling is the goal.
