Deux Arches
Shallow Saint-Leu reef with two lava arches and clear water.
Boat-access Saint-Leu reef for shallow arches, easy reef routing, and strong coral life; the site is beginner-friendly but still worth a conservative plan.
About Deux Arches
Deux Arches is a shallow Saint-Leu reef site built around two lava-flow arches inside the coral reef. The dive stays simple and route-light, with the arches and surrounding reef giving you most of the interest. Expect clear water and a strong mix of reef life, plus a profile that suits new divers and relaxed boat dives. Even so, current can be moderate, so it pays to keep the plan controlled.

Scuba Diving
A shallow-to-moderate dive with arch swim-throughs around 5 m and 9 m.
Freediving
Shallow enough for trained freedivers in calm conditions, but it is best treated as a controlled, short session rather than a long traverse.
Snorkeling
Snorkeling is possible on calm days because the arches sit shallow in clear water. The best sessions stay near the reef top and avoid stronger current.
