Shallow wall dive with burrows, sponges, and plenty of life.
Cala Paura (Parete Nord) is a shallow wall dive off Polignano a Mare with a compact cove entry and a limestone face covered in sponges and sea stars. The burrows and pockets along the wall hold small life, so slow buoyancy and close observation matter more than covering distance. It is a relaxed but surge-sensitive Mediterranean dive that works best when the sea is calm.
