The dive site reaches depths between 10 and 40 meters. It is advisable to use a surface marker buoy (SMB) and stay close to the wall. Marine life at Ras Sarkan includes shoals of barracuda, jackfish, batfish, fusiliers, large parrotfish, moray eels, turtles, stingrays, marble rays, and, on rare occasions, white-tip sharks.
